Service Delivery Method

100% VIRTUAL COACHING SERVICES - All coaching services are delivered digitally. There are NO physical meetings, office visits, or in-person consultations. All support is provided through our online coaching platform, video calls, and digital communication channels.

Payment Terms & Commitment

  • 1:1 Nutrition & Fitness Coaching: $297/month with a 6-month minimum commitment

  • FitHer Group Coaching: $149/month with a 6-month minimum commitment

  • Monthly payments are processed automatically on the same date each month

  • All payments are non-refundable due to the digital nature of our coaching services

Service Delivery

  • 1:1 Coaching: Access begins immediately upon enrollment through our coaching app

  • Group Coaching: Access to FitHer community and materials begins within 24 hours of enrollment

  • Custom nutrition and fitness plans delivered within 48-72 hours of completing intake forms

  • Weekly check-ins and ongoing support provided throughout membership period

Cancellation Policy

  • 6-Month Commitment: All programs require a 6-month minimum commitment

  • NON-REFUNDABLE: All payments are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of our coaching services

  • Cancellations can be processed after the initial 6-month period with 30 days written notice

  • Services continue through the end of your billing cycle after cancellation notice

Pause/Medical Hold Policy

  • Members may request a temporary pause for documented medical reasons

  • Medical documentation from healthcare provider required

  • Pauses extend the commitment period by the same duration

  • Maximum pause period: 60 days per 6-month commitment

Digital Product Access

  • All materials, meal plans, and workout guides are delivered digitally

  • Access to coaching app and community platforms included in membership

  • Members retain access to purchased materials through completion of commitment period

  • No physical products are shipped

Support & Communication

  • Response time for coaching questions: 24-48 hours during business days

  • Technical support available via email: support@lcfitnessco.com

  • Coaching support provided through designated app and communication channels

Satisfaction Commitment

While all sales are final, we are committed to your success. If you're not seeing progress within the first 30 days, we will work with you to adjust your plan and ensure you're getting the support you need to reach your goals.
